Welcome to Valentines Chefs Table at Botanist!
We are hosting our valentines/forever alone chef's table on Feb 14th at Botanist! We will be serving a 4 course meal complete with paired wines and cocktails. Menu is as follows:
Course 1: Antipasta - Fresh Wedge Plates with Custom Balsamic Reduction Glaze, Artisan Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber, and Bacon Crisps paired with Crisp Chardonnay
Course 2: Soup - Bowl of Seafood Crab Bisque with Toasted Garlic paired with French 75 Prosecco Cocktails.
Course 3: Entree - Blackened Jumbo Shrimp over Chicken a la Romana bedded in Isreali Couscous with sides of Edamame puree and Steamed Broccoli paired with Willamette Valley Pinot Noir
Course 4: Dessert - Creme de Anglaise Infused Angel Food Pudding paired with Aged Ruby Port
