Welcome to Valentines Chefs Table at Botanist!
We are hosting our valentines/forever alone chef's table on Feb 14th at Botanist! We will be serving a 4 course meal complete with paired wines and cocktails. Menu is as follows:
Course 1: Antipasta - Fresh Brushetta Plates with Custom Balsamic Reduction Glaze, Mozzarella, Roma Tomatoes, Basil, and Crostini paired with Crisp Chardonnay
Course 2: Soup - Bowl of Lobster Bisque with Toasted Garlic Bread paired with Kir Royale sparkling cocktails.
Course 3: Entree - Shrimp and Blackened Chicken Fettucine Alfredo with Fresh Pomodora Gli Spinachi paired with Willamette Valley Pinot Noir
Course 4: Dessert - Creme De Curacao Dark Truffles served with Creme Brulee Foam and Rasberry Coulais paired with Aged Ruby Port
