Welcome to Tiki 305!
This is the intermediate course designed to teach the theory, history, and practice of tiki drinks. It's all about the rum folks! Learn about the history of tiki drinks, the design of a tiki bar and the practical application of how to put it all together. We will focus on the basic theory of tiki, the classification of rums and how they interact and the application of clever techniques for garnish and presentation. This is a 3 hour class with three different varieties of drinks that are made by you! Register soon as spots are limited!
